Custom made semi-hollow rivets

Short Description:

Rivet: A type of fastener consisting of a head and a shank, used to fasten and connect two parts (or components) with through holes to make them a whole. This form of connection is called rivet connection, or riveting for short. It belongs to the non-detachable connection. Because to separate the two parts that are joined together, the rivets on the parts must be broken.

Semi-hollow rivet: The upper and middle parts of the rivet cylinder are solid, and the tail is hollow. During installation, the hollow part of the tail is extruded and turned outward to form a buckle and fix the connector.

Stainless steel rivets: parts that use their own deformation or interference to connect the riveted parts. Commonly used are semi-round head, flat head, countersunk head rivets, blind rivets, hollow rivets, and semi-hollow rivets. These are usually connected to the riveted parts by their own deformation.

Solid rivets: parts that use their own deformation or interference to connect the riveted parts. Solid rivets are generally made of aluminum, copper, iron and other raw materials, and the surface treatment is white zinc plated.
